who is Oh Hi?
By definition, we’re a digital marketing agency, specializing in SEO, social media, and writing services.
But we really don’t like that definition.
We define ourselves as a collective of marketers, strategists, and creatives.
Why? Because we’ve worked in agencies, and we know how much they can suck.
And because while we really like marketing… we don’t like a lot of the stuff that goes along with the classic image of a marketing agency.
Our core belief is that that outcomes are always better when driven by experts in the field.
We think a lot about marketing, but we know that most small teams have a lot of other, more important, stuff to worry about (like day-to-day operations).
And we think that’s how it should be.
You do your thing, and we’ll do ours.

The Name?
You: Did you… did you name your company after… ?
OK, we’ll admit that the name “Oh Hi Marketing” rolled right out of our brains almost without effort.
And we could probably attribute that lightning bolt of inspiration to a certain soundbite embedded deep in the cerebral cortexes of every member of our generation.
But the more we thought about it, the more the name seemed to fit. It’s not stuffy or pretentious (neither are we) but it is a little playful (which we are).
It also speaks to the way we view successful content marketing:
A way for brands to join an existing conversation. A pleasant surprise for your audience — an exciting discovery — something that brings you and your ideal customer together.
